Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollcino will join the Webinar “Protection of Fundamental Rights and the Internet” organised by the Internet Festival 2022.
During the event, hosted by Dr. Massimo Sideri, journalist at Corriere della Sera, the Professor’s volume, “Judicial Protection of Fundamental Rights on the Internet: A Road Towards Digital Constitutionalism?”, published by Hart, will be presented.
There will be a discussion on the relationship between new technologies and the protection of fundamental rights, with a focus on judicial dialogue.
